1982-1985 commercial apprenticeship in a municipal administration followed by a position as commercial clerk. 1990-1991 further education qualifications program in EDP applications. In 2005 Federal licence as computer scientist. From 1991 to 1996 IT consultant in one of the cantonal administrations. Beat Stutzer has been at INFRAS since March 1996 as a network administrator, supporter, IT coach, webmaster. He manages the IT department since 2005.
