1990-1995 Master's Degree in economics, political science, and ecology at the University of Berne, specialising in economic policy, foreign trade, and environmental economics. 1995-1999 teaching/research assistant at the Swiss Institute for Business Cycle Research (KOF) at ETH Zurich, section head for monetary sector in Switzerland, macroeconomic analyses and prognoses.
He joined INFRAS as research associate in 1999 and worked in the areas of economy, transport and environment. In 2003 he was promoted to senior project manager for national and international projects. Since 2009 senior project manager in the field of economic analysis/air transport.
His special focus is on economic policy, economic analysis, air transport, external costs, climate change and health issues
