Society is faced with challenges: social security is confronted with financing problems and new poverty risks due to demographic and economic development. Internationally, Swiss Health Care is above average but starts to generate costs which are becoming a burden for more and more people. The public authorities are challenged with providing services in a more accurate and more efficient manner.
