Stephan Osterwald

Stephan Osterwald specialises in transport economics (costs and prices, funding), transport policy (passenger and freight transport), regulation, and corporate strategies.

After studying economics and political science at the University of Bern, he worked for Ecoplan and then in various leadership roles for Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), including in the fields of public affairs & regulation, corporate development and innovation. He moved to INFRAS in Zurich in 2023.
