Yves Räth is in the business area of traffic with focus on the thematic areas of traffic planning, as well as traffic, spatial and environmental analyses.
He studied geography at the University of Zurich with minors in political science and spatial and traffic planning. At the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, he completed a Master’s degree in spatial development and infrastructure systems. He examined the integration of an autonomous motor pool in the existing traffic system in the greater Zurich area in his Master’s thesis. Yves Räth originally completed an apprenticeship as a laboratory assistant at the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials, Science, and Technology (EMPA), and worked as a laboratory assistant during his university studies. Moreover, he completed an internship at EBP Switzerland in the area of transportation.
