Alpine Transit Traffic - Policy Scenarios 2020

The European project partner coming from the Alpine regions have developed four policy scenarios for the trans-Alpine traffic within the frame of the Interreg project iMONITRAF!: Business-as-Usual, Best Available Technology, Emission Trading System, Alpine Crossing Exchange. INFRAS developed an ad-hoc indicator system and evaluated the scenarios. The results for the chosen set of transport and environmental indicators show best results for the scenario Alpine Crossing Exchange and for Emission Trading System. The results are available on the internet in an attractive brochure.
