Auditing of voluntary agreements between Swiss industries and the Swiss government

On behalf of the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE) and the department for the environment, transport, energy and communications (DETEC) INFRAS audited the target proposals submitted by Swiss companies of various industrial sectors. These target proposals made in the context of the voluntary agreements between the Swiss Energy Agency and the SFOE are aimed at reducing energy consumption as well as CO2 emissions. The key tasks of INFRAS are the verification of target values, measures already undertaken and planned, and formally auditing small groups of enterprises along a standardised procedure with regard to plausbility.
