Evaluation of the Agglomeration Programme Transport and Settlement

Commissioned by the Federal Office for Spatial Development INFRAS in cooperation with Metron supported the Federal Department for the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications with the evaluation of in total 30 agglomeration programmes regarding Transport and Settlement. In order to determine financial contributions and to prioritise measures comprehensive hearings, evaluation workshops and specific benchmarks were held. The external support functioned as a second opinion and helped to strengthen the objectivity of the evaluation. The results went directly into the official audit report as well as into the commentary. These reports can be downloaded here in German or French.
