External Costs of Transport

Oct. 30, 2006
This INFRAS study quantifies the climate change costs of road and rail transport as well as additional previously not quantified external cost categories: harvest losses due to air pollution, forest damage, soil and water pollution, vibrations, additional costs in sensitive areas (alpine regions), additional costs in urban areas (separation effects, etc.) and external costs of up- and downstream processes.
