The role of Mobility Pricing in transport financing

Within the scope of the comprehensive research package ,Mobility Pricing' of the Federal Roads Office (FEDRO), INFRAS in cooperation with Ecoplan worked out a study regarding the significance of Mobility Pricing for the financing of transport in the future. The study analyses the advantages and disadvantages of five different Mobility Pricing scenarios from the point of view transport financing. The different possibilities for the application of funds of revenue from user-related transport charges are compared with today's transport financing system (fuel charges, vehicle tax, general taxes, etc.) Additional information to the research package Mobility Pricing incl.
