Towards sustainable developement by improving interactions between governmental environmental instruments, voluntary agreements

The purpose is to examine the interactions between government regulations («top-down») and actions initiated «bottom-up». Further goals are to examine the value shift in Swiss society and the economy towards sustainable development and to detect and remove obstacles that impede a move towards sustainable development.
