Moritz Reisser is active in the thematic areas of economics and society with focus on the areas of sustainable finance and sustainability ratings, as well as in the areas of climate and environment.

He studied geoscience and earth system sciences at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and the University of Zurich, later earning his graduate degree n pyrogenetic carbon under ground at the Department of Geography. After completion of his studies, he worked for an auditing firm in the area of forensics and process consultation, with focus on specialized studies and expert opinions. While in this position, he completed a certificate of advanced studies in corporate responsibility at Zurich University of Applied Sciences. After this, he was responsible for the thematic area of sustainability services in the enterprise.
