Roman Frick heads the INFRAS office in Berne (CH) and is responsible for the subject field transport. He primarily focuses on conflicting issues regarding the correlation between the fields transport, spatial planning and environment. He is a specialist for impact analyses, evaluations of planning instruments, research on transport behaviour, spatial planning concepts and process consulting.

He studied Geography and General Ecology at the University of Berne with focus Regional and Economic Geography. In connection with a postgraduate programme Public Transport Planning, he is a lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Transport and spatial planning are the key topics of his presentations at conferences in Switzerland and abroad.
