What impacts on employment and innovation are triggered by the voluntary measures of the Swiss federal energy action programme «Energy 2000»? This question is analysed in the second INFRAS report on the economic impacts of «Energy 2000». The study documents the official results related to the effects on investment, employment, and energy consumption. Quantitative results are given for the years 1997 and 2000.
