As a member of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, Switzerland must report its greenhouse gas emissions on an annual basis and document them comprehensively in its National Inventory Report. INFRAS was commissioned by the Federal Office for the Environment to collaborate on the National Inventory Report 2020. INFRAS has been involved in the greenhouse gas emissions reporting process with the Federal Office for the Environment since 2004. An overview of the corresponding reports and data tables is published on the website of the UNFCCC Secretariat (UN Climate Change).
